Why The Terms "Lie, Steal and Murder?"

Sometimes I get emails on why use the phrase "Lie, Steal and Murder" are used in my commentaries. That's certainly a valid question.

First, the LIE. In order to steal from someone, there must be a lie. A person does not knowingly enter into "Heads I win, tails you lose" transactions. Most financial transactions boil down to a simple concept, "a promise." Where there's a paper transaction, there's a promise.

There are promises that go bad without a lie, in which case BOTH parties suffer. An example would be a tornado, in which the homeowner loses property and the bank loses its security. Since it was an honest transaction, both will figure someway to resolve the original promise.

The LIE comes when one party completely wins and the other party completely loses. For instance, homeowners loses property in a flood, but another party had secretly opened the flood gates of the dam without warning. The other party desired TITLE, not just mortgage payments. The other party knew the homeowners had no flood insurance, because they had insisted it was unnecessary as a condition of the mortgage. This is how a LIE is necessary to STEAL.

The flood victims now have no shelter nor clothing. All was lost in the flood. Although there might have been some savings, what would have been spent on food and medicine diminished in order to replace shelter and clothing. Due to diminished quality of life, the victim dies sooner than normally would had occurred. Yet the other party now has fee-simple title to the entire valley.

Is this any different than putting a drop of poison into someone's coffee each day? If proven, that would be MURDER. If a person's savings are stolen and their quality of life diminishes each day, is this any different than being poisoned?

Purposely "flooding" the economy with worthless promises accomplishes the same results. That's why when pensions and savings are STOLEN (or unaccessable) due to irredeemable promises, then one party in the transaction lied to the other in order to STEAL, therefore actually committing MURDER.

An article was posted today at Telegraph.co.uk, Life and death a matter of cash withdrawals in Zimbabwe's crumbling hospitals:

Mr Mambo's wife Mary was one of them, diagnosed with a kidney ailment and in desperate need of treatment which he could easily afford.

But in the cruel and surreal world of Robert Mugabe's Zimbabwe, the devoted husband could not withdraw his savings from the bank in time to pay doctors for the care that could have saved her life.

Ahhh, but this is America, you say, Zimbabwe is so far away. Not only in this small world is there probably someone from Zimbabwe in your city, but the New York Times documents the early stages of this tragedy right here in the States. This article was posted in the New York Times just five days ago In Sour Economy, Some Scale Back on Medications:
As people around the country respond to financial and economic hard times by juggling the cost of necessities like groceries and housing, drugs are sometimes having to wait.

“People are having to choose between gas, meals and medication,” said Dr. James King, the chairman of the American Academy of Family Physicians, a national professional group. He also runs his own family practice in rural Selmer, Tenn.

That's why I use the terms LIE, STEAL and MURDER. First the LIE, in order to STEAL, which results in MURDER. So why do we allow it to be so profitable to LIE and for these financial predators (sociopaths) to continue to profit so greatly from their LIE? I understand we don't knowingly do this, but as citizens, we must stop being so naive and gullible. It was once observed, not too long ago:
"The men the American people admire most extravagantly
are the greatest liars;
the men they detest most violently
are those who try to tell them the truth."
H.L. Mencken (1880-1956)

Today, we must say, "NO MORE!"
The Dragon Wins NO MORE!
Let's accept our past failures now, and take back control of our money from private domination.
Pass the American Monetary Act to prevent giving away TITLE to our homeland.
