US Banks And Commodities (Foreign Control?)
There has certainly been many comments about gold and other commodities being manipulated. If we take a look at who controls major interests within banks and commodity firms, we should get a clue at least to the players who would have a vested interest in manipulating our financial scene.
Barclays (London) and AXA (Paris) are major holders involved in these corporations. Especially in CME, which owns NYMEX and COMEX. No wonder France seems such an "ally" of the United States. Could this be a reason for " How We Became The United States of France?"
Don't forget that CME also owns Chicago Board of Trade and Chicago Mercantile Exchange, as mentioned today in this Chicago Sun-Times article Lucrative deal in works of CME:
Financial regulation in Washington is a jumble, as Congress and the bureaucrats kick around ideas for putting freewheeling credit default swaps under somebody’s control. CME Group (CME), owner of the Chicago Mercantile Exchange and the Chicago Board of Trade, has center stage in the negotiations and is liable to benefit hugely from regulatory change.One more thing, CME is "the world's largest and most diverse derivatives exchange."But nothing comes cheap in Washington. CME probably will win government blessing for its push to bring the $55 trillion credit default market under its wing. In return, it may need to give up two of its longheld lobbying views.
