Media's Power vs Ron Paul

Let the smear campaigns begin! The non-elites are waking up, Mammon forbid!

The elite-pretenders have seen what happened in New Hampshire and noted the voters' REAL tally. Ron Paul would have come in third, at least, had the votes been tallied by hand in ALL of the state's precints. This list shows which precints were hand-counted, and which were Accu-Voted. This is a sample of the information now coming out. So now the smear tactis are being brought out.

Yes, I've researched Ron Paul way before he started running for President, due to my interest in honest government and honest money. Yes, I intend to vote for him IF I get my chance. In my area, we still manually count our ballots. My concern is whether those of us in my area, with Ron Paul signs in their yards, will get that opportunity.

After 40+ years as a software developer, one picks up at least basic knowledge of how computers can be made to produce just about any result you wish. So I understand these things and so do a lot of other people. So now that these electronic voting stunts are being exposed, the smear campaigns are surfacing! Why not early on, when Ron Paul threw his hat into the ring to run for the presidency? In my mind, it's simply tactics held in reserve. People don't fire all their bullets at once.

With a little investigation, you'll see how the media power has the finances and the motivation to mold the thoughts of their audience. When misinformation comes from every direction, what's one to do if they haven't developed a strong, natural self-defense of mind, body and soul. Seriously, it takes a lot of work and thought.

First up, James Kirchick of The New Republic publishes Angry White Man" Tuesday 1/8/2008 to start things off. It doesn't deserve debate because of who pays James to write articles. The New Republic is owned by CanWest Global Communications Corporation. So, here's CanWest in their own words:

In Canada, the company's diversified holdings include conventional television networks Global Television and E!, which reach almost 100% of English-speaking Canadians. The broadcast brands are complimented by 26 specialty networks capturing a 30.1% share of commercial specialty network viewers in Canada.

Canwest operates one of Canada's largest newspaper chains reaching 4.8 million engaged readers on a weekly basis. The publications are complimented by several online properties under the network which averages over 4.5 million unique visitors per month. The network also features the entertainment site and in-depth vertical sites such as the popular and

In Australia, Canwest is indirectly (through a wholly owned subsidiary) the majority and controlling shareholder of the TEN Television Network and Eye Corp. Network Ten (TEN) is a national network of wholly owned commercial television stations in five key Australian markets. Eye Corp is one of Australia's largest Out-of-Home media operators with businesses in Australia, New Zealand, Asia, Europe and North America.

Canwest's international assets also include FM radio stations in the United Kingdom, under the Original 106fm brand, and several stations in Turkey. Canwest has full interest in The New Republic magazine, a 93 year-old US-based political magazine that offers intelligent, stimulating and rigorous examination of American politics, foreign policy and culture.

WOW!!! Now that's POWER! Sorry, but I can't break down the Major Holders of CanWest because they're not required to file such information with the U.S. SEC. I don't know how to get that information from Canada, if it's even available. If anyone knows, please email me!

Next: CNN

This is a lot easier, because CNN is owned by Time Warner. They also own a whole bunch of other media in our country. Their smear campaign begins here. Again, it's not worth debating. You cannot win an argument with sociopathic media. Do your own research, validate your own sources and then make up your own mind. That's what I have to do, because of the fact that we have been lied to [by omission] for such a long time. Recognition of that fact is the valid starting point.

Here's the Major Holders of Time Warner.

If I had access to the Major Holders of CanWest, it would be interesting to match them up with Time Warner. That's part of the control necessary to force the citizens of Canada, United States and Mexico to be controlled by one power called the North American Union. These same Major Holders control all of our media, as shown in the recent commentary Programming Your Vote. Another commentary points out Who Controls Our Newspapers.

Finally, if you go back to yesterday's commentary about Diebold and New Hampshire Vote, you'll see that many of the same Major Holders control Diebold.

The real problem is that in most of these corporations, the insiders and management have only 1% or less of the shares. That's why I call them absentee-owned plantations, managed by plantation managers called CEOs, selected by the board of directors chosen by the Major Holders. That's how America lost its Republic status and became fascist.

Actually, I could care less if it wasn't for the fact that my grandchildren (and yours) may be born into slavery because enough of us didn't wake up in time. Sigh.
